Three more packages arrived in this Mailday originating from Colorado, Washington, and Connecticut.
Josh in Washington state has been a regular trader. His daughter enjoys pulling Cubs cards and I have sent some female athlete trading cards backs their way.
He’s also a big through the mail autograph collector and has shared some of his successes from cards I’ve sent including Elena Del Donne.

Twenty-four Cubs baseball cards were in my package from Josh. Some classic Cubs names from my childhood like Rafael Palmeiro, Shawon Dunston, Greg Maddux, Ryne Sandberg, Mark Grace, and Andre Dawson.
Loren in Colorado sent a really sweet 1971 Topps Ernie Banks card. The back of the card notes Ernie hitting his 500th career home run during the 1970 season.

From 1988 Sportflics it’s Rick Sutcliffe. I posed a question to my Twitter followers recently if they liked Sportflics cards. It was pretty even. It seems Sportflics cards are a love them or hate them set.

Topps in 1991 said Keith Comstock was a member of the Chicago Cubs. That was an error. This card has a corrected version stating his team as the Mariners as well as this uncorrected error as a member of the Cubs. Yes, this card does count in my project since it has Cubs on the front.

The next package is from a mystery sender. I will have to dig through my messages to find the trading partner. I couldn’t read the return address.
They sent some really sweet Cubs baseball cards like a 2020 Topps Opening Day Blue foil Nico Hoerner rookie card.

Also, the Turkey Red insert from 2020 Topps rookie of Hoerner.

And a 2020 Topps rainbow foil of Albert Almora.

Some sweet Cubs baseball cards in this Mailday!
